SNOWED IN

Last winter we had the worst snow and ice storm I have ever been in. The weather channel was saying that it was going to snow, but I figured that it would just be a few flurries that would not stick. I was wrong. It started snowing and it kept snowing all night and into the next day. The snow stayed for a few days, and eventually stated to melt. But, as it started to melt, the temperature dropped again, so it all turned to ice. Georgia is not prepared for snow storms like this, so all the roads were covered in ice and snow and we could not go anywhere. My husband and I were stuck in our house for an entire week. Luckily we had just gone to the grocery store, so we had plenty of food. I am so glad that we had directv movies to watch too, or else we would have been so bored! We probably watched twenty movies while we were snowed in. I usually like snow, but I think I have had enough to last me a while.
